1.  2011년 1학기 퇴실 시점은 6월10일입니다. 이후에 기숙사를 사용하시는 분은 사무실로 와서 방학 중 기숙사 이용신청서를 작성해주세요. (사무실 우측에 배치되어 있음)

2. 방학 중 기숙사 신청은 6월 3일까지 입니다.

3. 방학 중 생활관 이용자를 파악하여서 방 배치 조정이 있을 예정입니다.

4. 참교원 종강 이후( 7월 15일) 기숙사 청소와 기숙사 배치가 조정될 예정이니 착오가 없길 바라겠습니다.

Notice concerning checking out of student dorms

1. After the end of classes, students should prepare to check out of their dorm room, and do so by 6/10

2. Please come to the student affairs office and fill out a form for dorm occupancy in vacation by 6/3

3. After submitting form for dorm occupancy, students’ room will be changed to other room according to number of students.

4. After the end of language school classes (7/15), we will clean the dorm and change the room again. Please let there be no misunderstanding about this.
